ACIP
Advanced on-site cleaning is a new and intelligent approach with the aim of reducing the cost of cleaning industrial equipment, along with reducing downtime or non-stop cleaning. In oil, gas, power generation, petrochemical, chemical and food industries, etc., based on the type and performance of equipment and processes, ACIP operations are planned in three stages:
1- Cleaning engineering: At this stage, measures including identification of sediment or dirt, analysis of the process and task of the equipment, type of equipment and operations, and chemicals that can be used for cleaning are studied, and finally, the proposed package includes chemicals, implementation method, and schedule. And the required equipment is prepared in the form of technical documentation.
2- Cleaning executive operations: this stage is carried out based on the engineering package in the chemical synthesis and production departments, workshop equipment and execution.
3- Post-implementation operations: This stage includes two separate parts: one is dismantling the workshop, returning the process to normal and managing waste, and the other is evaluating the quality of cleaning and managing experience for continuous improvement in subsequent works.
Due to the very wide scope of application of ACIP, it is not possible to explain in detail in one category. However, the knowledge-based company Kimia Sanat has the ability to carry out these operations in the following areas:
– All types of heat exchangers, including plate, tube shell, air cooler, reboiler, etc.
– Steam boilers, open and closed cooling water cycles.
– Land and sea pipelines.
– Types of absorption, rejection, distillation towers, etc.
– Integrated cleaning of process equipment such as: integrated washing of towers, containers and converters of natural gas sweetening unit and glycol recycling cycle.
Knowledge-based company Kimia Sanat Atron has obtained unique formulations for efficient cleaning in various cases. Among them are:
– Solvent KSA EZSOL 01 with the functional mechanism of producing nanobubbles and destroying sediment and pollution.
– Solvent KSA EZSOL 01 Plus with a very strong dissolving ability to remove all types of deposits without having chloride ions and the risk of local corrosion in all types of alloy steel.
– KSA ALKA-Pro solvent with very good ability to remove oil and grease deposits.
In addition to the above formulas, the laboratory of the company’s engineering and solutions department obtains new formulas and sends them to the production department in every new work case, as needed. All products pass non-corrosiveness tests on equipment alloys and valid approvals are obtained from trusted laboratories.
